Спасибо всем, кто помог мне приготовиться к следующему этапу плавания. Я постараюсь вас не подвести и сделать то, на что замахнулся. Ежедневно буду информировать вас через SPOT и дублировать через проходящие рядом суда. Впереди 1500 миль Карибского моря. Постараюсь не останавливаться нигде, просто уже нет времени. Надеюсь добраться до Панамы за две-три недели.

Вы помните где и при каких обстоятельствах я с Али познакомился?

Так вот, в прошлую пятницу я получил на него все документы!

Намыл в джакузи, вычесал всех блох. Цылька приняла его как... беременная прынцесса,

порыкивая время от времени как на него, так и на меня. А вообще они ладят.

За сообразительность и чистоплотность проявленную в первые же дни, Али получил назначение на должность боцмана! Теперь боцман Али делает свои дела в отсеке рулевого, самоотливном и очень удобном для уборки. Водой скатил и чистота. Лоток что внутри, в форпике котейки пока старательно обходят. Цылька бегает на берег. Замечательно! А то сколько же мне бумаги надо с собой возить для их нужд? Так что теперь нас уже трое! Скоро должны появиться на свет и юнги, так что весело здесь у нас.

Подходит к концу наше здесь пребывание. Как всегда, - грустно перед отправлением. Но мы вернемся, скоро. Вот посмотрим мой весельный маршрут и завершим здесь кругосветку. Готовьтесь приехать сюда на праздник.

А пока грустно так, что невольно напеваю полюбившийся еще в юности романс...

Маленькое островное государство - Багамы. Сирот на улицах нет. Бездомных животных практически нет. За два месяца пребывания здесь,ко мне подошли всего пару раз с просьбой дать денег на еду. Дал, сколько мог.
Лица детей, возвращающихся в воскресенье из церкви...

Многие североамериканцы имеют здесь жилье на зиму или держат лодки и живут на них, когда приезжают. Их здесь называют snow bird.

И люди стремятся на юг, и птицы...

Ну что, подведем итог более чем двухмесячного пребывания на Гранд Багама? Куплены и поставлены:

Динги, - резиновая лодка

Якорь, якорь-цепь (8 М), якорный конец (100 М). Старый комплект тоже при мне, пусть будет.

Стаксель-шкоты

Новенькие, аж... и глаз и руку радуют! Старые тоже при мне.

Стаксель-фал

Грота-шкот. Двигатель реанемирован новым стартером, если помните.

Освещение салона LED, как и ходовые LED.

Чартплоттер с картами на весь маршрут! Селф-стиринг прикручен намертво! Хим. туалет опять же, готов к работе.

SPOT активизирован, осталось с телефоном адаптировать для СМС. Ну и питание, вода на переход...

К уже имеющимся запасам хочу взять до Австралии. Кто знает, - ЧТО и по КАКОЙ цене все это будет в Панаме?

Отдохнул опять же, отъелся. Деньги взял у рекламодателя и у знакомых-друзей в долг, на проход каналом. Так что, я доволен результатом стоянки. Остались штрихи... -

Отобедать с друзьями завтра и послезавтра, прикупить мелочи и закончить со SPOToм. И впереди у нас полторы тысячи миль Карибского моря, этого загадочного, красивейшего и коварного. Уверен, у меня будет чем вас и развлечь и чем порадовать!

Наконец получено долгожданное (не то слово) снаряжение из Флориды!

Благодаря моему Ангелу-хранителю Shauna и работнику службы доставки Alex цена на растаможку была разумной!

Все на месте! Лодка, хим.туалет с комплектом химии, веревки, чартплотер с картами и посылка от Анатолия с Калининградской воблой, тельником и Довлатовым, чехонью и лещами на месте! Спасибо, ребята!

Особое спасибо Валере , Алексею и моей доченьке, кто все это собрал. хранил и отправил!
По этому случаю был приготовлен праздничный ужин!
